LNG:ECR and LJMU’s Research Centre for Brain & Behaviour have organised a day-long workshop all about PhD Viva preparation, delivered by Dr Stacey Bedwell (Kings College London), and Dr Isabelle Butcher (University of Oxford) – authors of How to Excel in Your Doctoral Viva (2002).
Whether you have recently submitted and are anxiously awaiting your viva, or a new PhD student who hasn’t even thought about it (lucky you!) – this workshop may help prepare you to defend your thesis, plan your preparation, and effectively communicate your research.
